At Hollow, each piece is meticulously crafted with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Due to the personalized nature of our made-to-order products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3  business days after payment has been confirmed. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. You can track the status of your delivery using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
